Dr. Hua and desk associates are excellent. The doctor is thorough, engaging, explains all exams and why. I couldn’t be more pleased with her. Allison was a great help with tech exam, recommending and pulling glasses for me to try on, and paperwork. It was all easy and pleasant.

The folks at Columbia were super helpful as I dropped in to navigate some new eyeglass and prescription problems encountered buying, then receiving unsatisfactory prescription sunglasses online from RayBan. They diagnosed the problem and helped with recommendations as to my return and replacement of the RayBans. I have a new supportive shop for eyeglasses and vision-care in Columbia! Thanks so much!

Really loved my experience with the eye doctor! She was super knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time answering questions and ensuring I liked my prescription. Definitely will return! The only improvement that could be made was with the sales process at the end. I feel they should discuss cost more transparently and let you know what your benefit covers before heading into looking at glasses and contacts options. Once both are aligned on cost THEN look into option. The current sales process felt like they were hiding cost and not explaining well. Not major enough to deduct any rating though. The doctor and staff were wonderful! Loved the person at the front desk too. She was super nice.

Dr Hua provides excellent customer service. She cares about her patient's health and has been making good recommendations on how I can improve the health of my eyes. She is so proficient and efficient in complete my eye exam within the set timeframe. You are fabulous, Dr. Hua!
